Belgravia Estates (Cyprus) Ltd is a northern Cypriot registered company with UK based offices and British Directors. The Managing Director is a British professional businessman who not only has extensive knowledge of working on international projects in France and Spain, but also in living and working in Northern Cyprus. He is supported by the British Development Director who is a UK based architect and masterplanner with over 10 years experience of working on international development projects in France and Spain and 20 years experience working as a commercial architect in the City of London.

Belgravia Estates Ltd is primarily a development company with its' own registered construction company, Karpasia Construction, a member of the Construction Association of Northern Cyprus. Belgravia Estates Ltd undertakes its own development projects in the Karpaz region of Northen Cyprus in conjunction with registered Estate Agency, Busy Bees - located in the local town of Bogaz. The development is headed up by a Project Director who lives and works in Northern Cyprus and is responsible for the construction management. The Project Director is also supported by a professional team of architect, engineer, surveyor, and construction team all resident in Northern Cyprus.
