Belgravia Estates (Cyprus) Ltd is a northern Cypriot registered company with UK based offices and British Directors. The Managing Director is a British professional businessman who not only has extensive knowledge of working on international projects in France and Spain, but also in living and working in Northern Cyprus. He is supported by the British Development Director who is a UK based architect and masterplanner with over 10 years experience of working on international development projects in France and Spain and 20 years experience working as a commercial architect in the City of London.

The Company is primarily a development and construction company working on its own development projects in TRNC in conjunction with its development partner Andrew Reeves Estate Agents / Homes Abroad (Cyprus) Ltd. The development is headed up by a Project Director who lives and works in Northern Cyprus and is responsible for the construction management. The Project Director is also supported by a professional team of architect, engineer, surveyor, and construction team all resident in Northern Cyprus. Clients wishing to visit Karpaz, Northern Cyprus to view Belgravia Estates Developments or other developments can do so by arrangement through Andrew Reeves Ltd / Homes Abroad Ltd.

Homes Abroad (Cyprus) Ltd is part of the Andrew Reeves Group of Companies with offices in London and Girne (Kyrenia) Northern Cyprus. Their new local office in Northern Cyprus is now open and offers a personal service for those wishing to purchase property in Northern Cyprus.

An individual architect designed villa attracts added value and if clients wish Belgravia Estates can source land, design and obtain planning permission and construct a bespoke architect designed villa for their clients. This service is personally headed up by the Development Director in conjunction with his professional team of architects, engineers, surveyors and the Belgravia Estates construction company in Northern Cyprus. In addition Belgravia Estates can offer a bespoke landscape design service, an interior furnishing package and interior design service.

Property Management and Consultancy

At the present time Northern Cyprus has over 400 estate agencies. Belgravia Estates can through its own extensive contacts source land and / or new villas in Northern Cyprus for its clients offering a more personalised service on a one to one basis. Belgravia Estates can identify a range of locations, villa types and developments which they would recommend independently of the estate agents with links to developers.

Letting and Property Management

Through its association with its development partner Andrew Reeves Ltd / Homes Abroad, Belgravia Estates can offer clients a property management and letting service. Clients' properties can be let out whilst clients are not in residence on a 6 monthly or 12 monthly basis with a break to allow clients to enjoy their property during the year.
